COURSE:  Based on the requirements established by the Federal Animal Health Law, its Regulations, procedure guides and GMP manuals of SADER/SENASICA in force.

 

ONLINE TRAINING AIMED AT: 

Managers, Good Practices Program Coordinators (Hygiene, Manufacturing, Laboratory, Warehouse), Human Resources, Internal Auditors and personnel of Quality, Safety, Production, HACCP plan, Supervisors and in general, personnel of companies that manufacture products for animal use or consumption: Food products and rendering plants.

 

GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

At the end of the course, the participant will be able to prepare the evidence, as well as to elaborate the procedures, activities and/or documentary controls necessary to demonstrate full compliance with the requirements of the good manufacturing practices manual published by SENASICA for the elaboration of products for animal use or consumption.

CONTENT:

  • Theoretical framework of BPM.
  • SADER procedure for certification of Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Requirements in the SENASICA Good Manufacturing Practices Manuals.
  • Good Manufacturing Practice System implementation strategies.
  • General Evaluation.

  • Design and document operating procedures aligned with regulations.
  • Identify and control risks in its facilities and processes.
  • Prepare and present evidence of compliance for audits and verifications.
  • Implement hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure product quality and safety.
